I am a regular at this location. I come every morning after I take my daughter to school. Today I came and had a $40.00 purchase, only to discover that I was charged twice. I called this location and got hung up on twice. I physically came into this location and spoke to the manager who's a man. He was rude, condescending, could care less. He refused to look up my transaction told me there was nothing he could do and just brushed me off. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. He was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Great little convenience store and awesome employees
i live right up the street and visit this megasaver all the time. no matter who is working, i never have a bad experience. after 2 visits they remember my name, ask me about my life, and make my day. they deal with a lot sometimes. but i have never seen them in a bad mood. there’s been a few new people recently, but my feelings stand. i had the best conversation with the man working today. he was running the store by himself and still had the most wonderful attitude. i know when i go to this location my day will be made.
I made a purchase worth $20 and they charged me $42; they stole $22 from my card.
