DO NOT USE this moving company!! They either stole or broke 2 of my large wall mirrors, and they have ignored every one of my dozens of calls and emails about it for 3 months. They're super fast to respond when scheduling a move, but when something goes wrong they ignore you and don't take action to fix what they have done (which is in fact illegal to ignore customers when they need to file a claim). If you want all of your items delivered safely, then this is not the moving company for you.
They were great to work with. Showed up on time and did the move well ahead of schedule. Their rate was cheaper than everyone else's too.
Moved from NJ to Manhattan, and was super impressed with mega move! They were fast, efficient, and courteous. Everything went so smoothly; highly recommend their service.
I had a great experience with MegaMove. I booked them through Unpakt, which was an easy way of keeping inventory of everything that needed to be moved. Boxes and movers arrived on time. Nurlan and his team were super helpful and communicative. I trusted them to lock up so I could leave early enough to get to the new place and have it ready for when they arrived. I would recommend them.
Probably the easiest move I've had in NYC. The movers were on time, fast, and took good care of my stuff.
