Had a really great experience with Mega furniture! Micah and Leslie were very helpful in helping me choose the best mattress and accessories for my back issues and made the check out process easier than most stores i’ve gone to. Highly recommend this furniture store for your home needs. If you come by the mcallen location on tenth street look for Micah or Leslie they’ll take great care of you
I received delivery of my order with the wrong couch color and a missing tv media console that was damaged at the warehouse. I’ve called and emailed several times, but now it’s been three weeks with no resolution or response. Don’t shop here if you want the furniture you picked out in the store. They’re great at selling and awful at delivering on what you purchase.

Clarissa was awesome made checking out a breeze. Ivan is the REAL MVP. He tied down our purchase because we were unprepared with no straps. Thank you Ivan and Clarissa! Definitely coming back because of them for a full bedroom set
