I bought a couch from this place. They delivered it here and did not set it up. They promised us it was not damaged. I took the couch out and it was damaged, I called them and they said no refunds. Very bad service!! 👎 Do not buy from here.

This place is the worst furniture store to ever exist, the furniture was delivered to my place in bad conditions and I paid for it to be set up but, they denied the service and wouldn’t give me a refund for anything!! If you ever think of buying furniture from here then DONT

Horrific experience I am dealing with right now. They delivered the wrong bed and the delivery team left the bed in my condo despite of me asking them to take it back. Now, they have scheduled a pick up for a much later date, leaving my condo in a mess for days. The women I dealt with was from the audit team (that’s what she mentioned) and was not trained or fit to be talking to clients.
