Very Poor Service. Very disorganized and unreliable as far as being punctual with delivery and confirmation. a date for arrival was set, and on the day my furniture was to be delivered they called for conformation for the day of next week. Once I specified a new date they told me the time they would arrive around. They arrived 7 hours late, unbelievable. I personally will never order my furniture from mega furniture again.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a custom couch with the "cloud" memory foam cushions, even paid extra for the type of cushions. When the couch arrived at my home six weeks later, I sat on it, and immediately noticed I did not get the cushions I had ordered, they are pretty much stiff as a board. When I confronted them, and even brought a cushion in, the sales manager tells me, they just need to be "broken in." The sales rep and the cashier/manager both stated that if there was any reason that we did not like the mattress we purchased we could return it after 60 days. Since my husband and I were nervous about the return policy, we ask multiple times and multiple ways what the return policy was. Each time we were told there was a 60 satisfaction return policy with Mega Furniture. We went to check it out it was hot no ac just floor fan in az summer it's over priced for everything bit they say they will give u a discount ? Really limited selection

Wow, they have some great deals on furniture but their customer services is the worst I've ever seen. My wife and I bought a new couch, loveseat and recliner at a great price and with the savings we paid to have it delivered. So 7 days later we come home from work on a Wednesday to find a message on the machine saying that the delivery guy was out front and why didn't we answer the door!?!?
