Buyer beware. You will be lied to, not have messages returned, have difficulty reaching a person in the delivery department. The company wasted over 7 hours of my day and still was not able to get my delivery to an office suite by 6 pm, as they had agreed to do. My experience is redundant with the others I see, so I'll leave it at that. I am so upset I didn't look at the reviews and save myself from this experience. I do hope this saves you from reliving my nightmare with them.
Very Poor Service. Very disorganized and unreliable as far as being punctual with delivery and confirmation. a date for arrival was set, and on the day my furniture was to be delivered they called for conformation for the day of next week. Once I specified a new date they told me the time they would arrive around. They arrived 7 hours late, unbelievable. I personally will never order my furniture from mega furniture again.
