Ordered knife block set on sale with payment accepted. Mega Boutique then cancelled order and refunded money without any communication. They claimed was last unit they had and was dropped in warehouse and the wooden knife block broke. I advised I didn't need the storage block as knifes to be stored in drawer but they said courier had picked up as insurance claim. Advised they couldn't re-process order until they confirmed stock with supplier which would take a day. Three days later advised no stock in Australia until June ... read more
