The lady is very rude has has accused me of stealing some thong after a bought it and then not long after she stops me in her shop and grabs my bag and starts looking through it and grabbing my things. very ruse do not recommend.
OMG!!! I was genuinely taken aback to be charged $4.50 per balloon simply to have helium added — I almost fell over. To make matters more frustrating, I was assured by two staff members that the balloons would last a week. I arrived home this evening to find they were already deflated. Needless to say, I’m not impressed. I was disappointed with this outcome, given the price and expectations set at the time of purchase.
I frequently go into or past your store have done for years & would love to give a review for the lovely lady Natalie ( store manager ) she is one of the loveliest and most kind person thankyou for that if your reading this Tarra / BOB & Lulu xx
I WOULD NOT recommend to shop at this place, me and my cousin walked in the other day, we went straight to the Christmas decorations. we were in one of the aisle's and one of the lady's kept staring me down and watched every one of my moves, this place made me feel so uncomfortable. I saw a cute tree made out of lights but when she heard say that she moved it so I couldn't see it.
