I called today, June 19, to inquire about bridal/bridesmaid collections you carry. Denise rudely informed me that I had called before and that you didn't carry Ava. I had no idea what she was talking about and told her that this was my first time calling. Her response to this was "my bad". I asked what bridal lines you carry and in a sharp tone directed to the website. My suggestion to whoever receives this is to work on your staffs’ customer service skills.
