굉장히 불친절하고 개인고객이나 소규모 사업체는 아주 우습게보는 곳입니다. 특히 이번 코로나사태로 사업체들이 대규모로 국가에서 받는 구제금융을 대행해주면서 바쁘다는 핑계로 전화하면 노골적으로 화를 내더군요. 바쁘니 전화하지말고 문자를 주라면서요. 문자를 하면 바쁘니 계속 기다려달라고 하면서 말입니다. 대표자인 목상호라는 분이 전화받고 짜증내면서 반말까지 들었습니다. 너무 불쾌하고 괴씸한 마음에 화계사 바꿨습니다.

I am still trying to have them clear my tax issue that they did in 2018- they are extremely slow at responding and checking with IRS. I paid them to do my taxes which was not processed correctly and when I ask for updates they don’t have any, worse is that they are demanding to charge $200/hr for me asking for update on an issue they messed up... Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else who legits know what they are doing with the IRS, especially if it concerning sensitive finance/irs issues.

Do not use MEERAE LLP, specially CPA Eddie Cho. He failed to file my income tax return in time but refused to complete his work. Instead he told me go somewhere else with no apology in most nasty way. I have been filing income tax with Mr. Mok who owned this company before for over 10 years & never had any problem. As soon as Eddie Cho took over, this happened. Also I heard some good, experienced employees left this office since he took over. it says a lot about how he conduct his business.
