Horrible driver. Today at Lawrence and railside the driver blocked a whole lane right before a turn into a shopping area just so that he can get Tim Hortons. Absolute disgrace! Breaking the law for coffee.
Really awesome that you guys are running a contest to see which driver can spend more time on their phone! I nominate the driver who was headed southbound on I-77 through Akron this morning at 1:30am EST, he managed to cross most of the way over the shoulder and the middle lane about 20 times in 30 seconds! Very impressive!
