I feel that I have been treated fairly. Occasionally have had to wait for staff to come to the room.
Horrible place to have a family member don't use alarms don't care about there residents nurses don't help out there aids when family or residents ask for anything staff ingores them walks away just hide residents should be the priority when there at work and checking on all the resident and making sure they safe and not ignoring them I work in health care field and makes me sad when I walk in and see how they treated waiting 30 minutes to answer a call light us insane
Not clean. Staff is abusive at times. Have 1 star rating for Medicare and violations.
