Never on time to pick you up.
Driver didn't call me upon arrival! Called me only after I called this company to see where he is 10 minutes later!
I just got picked up and dropped off. 3/6/24. When I made my reservation I explicitly said I needed help. I'm on a scooter and can't use my right leg. I got no help. I had to ask both of them to put there hand on the brake as it was not safe getting into vehicle. No help. Didn't open doors. I also asked for a little car. They sent a van. I couldn't even get in it. The first guy was going to push with my right leg. I just had surgery. The Scooter wasn't belted in the back so it bounced around. Terrible customer service.
