Terrible. Communication if any is slow. Service is slow. And the person on the phone was rude until she realized she was wrong. Gave them a second chance and it was the last.

Very professional and personable scheduling and medical staff. Was seen on time and completed in a timely manner. Received a phone call in a couple of days about some concerns discovered and a written report a few days later. Great experience!
Very unprofessional. Rude staff five appointments later and I was still given no details about my injury just told to ice it and come pack in a week for 5 weeks straight. Wait time in exam rooms is absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely pathetic. The lady at registration needs to go back home and play in her makeup drawer. Laid my paperwork down, so she could flip through the lip sense catalog that was just brought in by another patient.
