Staff lies and says they are directly from offices. They don’t have to lie, 3rd party outsourced callers are granted the same access as office callers, we just need to know for documentation purposes. The staff also does not listen, they are rude and they talk over you. They do not speak clearly, it is very difficult to understand them. They also sometimes call from restricted numbers.
