Generally decent work but their prices for many services are about 20% higher than you can get elsewhere, especially PRP treatments. Even their lasers… I’ve paid less for an MD doctor in San Francisco perform the exact same laser procedure for me for $200 less than I would pay a nurse to do at Medusa. Also I’m suspicious that they don’t turn their laser strength up appropriately… including for laser hair removal… will investigate this. Can’t say enough positively about Medusa! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend giving them a try for any of your planned treatments.

I've been a loyal client for several years now, and her services are so exceptional that I'm willing to make the commute from San Francisco to Novato. Louisa is attentive to your requirements and never pushes you into making a purchase like other spas. I've referred my friends to her, and they too have become regular clients. Louisa's office is beautifully decorated, and she uses state-of-the-art technology.
