I've been working as a home care aide at Medtec since 2018. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The management team is super approachable and always open to feedback. Been with Medtec almost 3 years working as a homecare provider it’s has been a great experience for me I love how passionate and ,caring they are great customer service great employee staff.I do recommend anyone that loves caring for the elderly this company is the place to be 10 /10
This organization hires individuals without providing adequate training. Management does not address concerns and issues raised by clients. Additionally, there is a Korean care aid who falsely claims to have been present when she was not, resulting in her being compensated for more hours than she actually worked.
What an opportunity to look out for your love ones that are in need of care and other elderly. I don’t see it as a job and that’s what makes Med Tec/ home care amazing opportunities to work around your schedule, working while excited and getting the most out of your clients, being able to developed relationships that allow your clients to embrace you more. Definitely enjoying, growing, and on my Ps &Qs, and being able to help my clients are all what I strive for when it comes to home care.
