Not even one star! 0/5!! They will probably delete my comment but my mom is completely disabled and bed bound. This agency took her on knowing her condition and all the tasks she needed done. At first she had a good very amazing caregiver, but when she was hospitalized for a month she had to find a new one. Ever since then they have been so unprofessional sending people who are not clean as well as not trained or fit for the job. The staff is so wonderful , I Love Med Tec so much I can hardly wait to go there! I can go on and on ! My family and I are so happy with the senior services provided by Casa Alegre Adult Day Care. The staff is professional, caring and kind. They treat my mother like family. The program provides all aspects of an excellent senior day care setting. The day is filled with fun, laughter, socialization and brain /body activities. A huge thank you to Monica, Dan, Cyndi, Dani and Jackie for your sincere kindness and professionalism in working with out family. I highly recommend Casa Alegre/MedTec for senior support and care.
