I made the arraignment for transportation for my grandmother the same week as her appointment and they were able to help. They brought the ramps, wheelchair, and kindness. We’ve used them twice to go less than five miles but it was very convenient and I recommend this service.
Med Sync was amazing and a total life saver! They fit me in at the last minute to help me get my elderly father with Parkinson's to the doctor when I discovered I no longer could manage it myself. The person handling my appointment was so kind and helpful. Our driver, Sasha, is kind, patient, gentile, comforting and a total POWER HOUSE! We were absolutely treated like family, and that is something to be respected. Highly Recommend!!
