They do NOT answer the phone nor do they call people back. It's been well over a month since I called (and recorded the call) and left a voicemail. I wouldn't trust them to make sure anything was taken care of properly if I needed medical transport.
Company would not answer phone calls, we were late to our appointment, when we were waiting for our driver he had seemingly disappeared with no way to contact.
I did use this company for myself. Driver was on time and professional five star really recommended.
This is the best transportation company. I never was late for my appointment. Drivers are so kind and friendly.
