I had partial knee replacement surgery on March 21. My post-op PT session was done by George P. When he realized that I had not yet set-up a PT plan, he was quick to set up a plan for the first 3 weeks. He took my husband to the PT department and worked out a schedule that would fit our needs. My wife was referred here before her surgery. The therapist wasnt even sure why she was there. He saw her twice. We paid our copay. 15 months later, we got a bill!!! 15 months. I sent them a letter which was ignored. Next I got a letter from a collection company. It took 15 months to bill me but less than 2 months to send me to collection. Tried to resolve this, but its the typical no one can fix anything mentality. Finally paid the bill to avoid their incompetence affecting my credit. I have used the NRH Clinic for two separate ailments, and both times the level of care has been outstanding. I cannot recommend their services enough, and I will no doubt use them for any future preventative care or injuries.
