Scott was very helpful, fast and is very good at learning at his job. I appreciate Scott and medstar!! I would recommend you guys to anyone. Give Scott an employee of the month!! He works so hard. Our driver, Melissa, was courteous, professional, and engaging. It was a quite difficult trip traffic-wise from Benson to Phoenix, and back. All told, it was an 11 hour day back and forth. Melissa handled it all with aplomb. We'd be happy to have her as our transport again.
I just want to give a shout out for Ben. He is caring, treats his patients with respect and most of all he communicates with other members of the health care team.
