Ride was prompt, and and my husband was transported courteously and carefully by a very kind and compassionate driver. We use again if necessary thank you so much!
The guys who transported my husband from Northwest Hospital to hospice were fantastic. They were patient and friendly, while working quickly and efficiently to ensure my husband’s comfort. I would definitely recommend Medstar.
I had another great experience with Medstar I had Dan Walsh aka Maverick for 2 different trips today and he got us to my residents appointments. Had Ricardo on a trip back to Benson and he was great on getting us through the road construction on I-10. Thanks Medstar from 1 companion worker.
The driver Ben was amazing. He was on his a game from start to finish with the pickup. Everything was smooth and right on time. He communicated updates with his ETA. He was really nice and made us feel so comfortable. The company is lucky to have him!
Medstar Transport is an awesome company. Daniel Walsh aka Maverick is an awesome driver and person overall. I was told to be there by 7:30 and the appointment at 8. I found out this was not going to happen. Supposed to be in and out. They had to do labs that were giving me problems. 9 passes and I asked the nurse if she could please let my driver know I was still waiting on my procedure to get started and it was okay if he had to go to his next ride.
