I very much hope that whoever has been writing the awfully rude replies no longer owns this company. Not taking complaints seriously and saying people are slandering your work instead of taking accountability for your employees actions is very telling as to the attitude in their workplace. I had this company hired by my college for a field trip, and it was about 3 hours there and back. My driver was picking up 3 of us all going to the same clinic and he was very nice and wasn't rude, or rushing us at all. I didn't get his name but I would definitely ride with him again. One of the passengers needed to go to the restroom and he stopped at 7-11 first and she wasn't allowed but he then stopped at Shell off Greenback Lane and the nice worker gave her a key and let her use it.

We love you MedStar! MedStar has been transporting my sister,, to and fro, for 15years. Dispatch is wonderful, the drivers are wonderful and we especially love the owners. Thanks for always getting our most precious sister where she needs to be safely. We couldn’t ask for better service.
