Entire staff is professional and customer focused. Front desk always welcomes me at sign-in and makes last minute schedule changes a breeze. Joe & Ashley take time to explain details of individual workouts and accommodated my recent last minute schedule changes. Great team!
I am very happy with my treatment at MedStar PT in Timonium. Staff were friendly, caring and knowledgeable. They listened to my descriptions of my symptoms and used a variety of treatment options to bring me back to health. Plus it was a very nice facility. No one wants to be injured but it is good to know that there's a great place to go if you need PT.
I had an excellent experience with MedStar Health. From the staff members at the front desk, to my personal Physical Therapist, every single person was kind, efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Joe is amazing as a PT. HE listens, offers support/encouragement when needed and comes up with a plan to meet your goals and individual needs. Highly recommend this practice and Joe!!
