They falsely accused me of making a dent on the car wing even though I didn't do it, they also have no evidence to prove that I did it and they even provided a false picture of the location where I received the car just to frame me. Don't book a car with this terrible company.
Nancy was amazing to communicate with and we had the best weekend away in the Hyundai staria. 8 of us with weekend bags fit super comfortably - lots of leg room, aircon was great and the van was modern, clean and amazing to drive. Thank you so much to the Medrive team we will definitely be renting from you ASAP!
Medrive is probably one of the most stress free buisness I have dealt with I cant recommend them enough. I had a family emergency and needed to get upstate on short notice. I went to all the big car rentals first and it was just excuse after excuse of why I couldn’t hire a car on short notice then I came across medrive I had a car in 30mins.
