Love the drivers. They're on time, courteous and professional. The cars are always clean and nice models. Wait times are unbelievable though. I called at 6:20AM and was 24 in the queue and now I'm 9 and I've literally been on hold for 2 hours 33 minutes and I'm not moving. This is absolutely unacceptable. And it keeps saying "Our team is working on getting to you call quickly". I'm angry about this. These hold times have to change. Very upsetting.

Thank you for providing excellent customer service. I have had several different drivers, Jonas, Ed, Zita, to many to remember but I do call after each ride to give the driver kudos. I have now had Noelle twice and she is absolutely amazing, so kind. I also want to give thanks to Courtney, Mindy and Stephanie and I'm sure I'm missing a few who answer the phone under the private pay line. I really enjoyed Hope 297 as my driver. It was a very smooth ride, she is a great driver and made it a very calm easy ride… Thank you… I hope to have her as my driver again.

As a caregiver who has to accompany my client to appointments I have to say how incredibly unsafe the wheelchair accessible vans are for anyone needing to accompany someone. The seats are so small a child wouldn't fit in them and you can't buckle a seatbelt at all safely. I'm amazed this hasn't caused injuries or death . If you provide a service to the disabled be aware they may need a caregiver to accompany them . Caregivers should be given safe ways to travel with clients.

They've made me miss appointments, show up extremely late, and their drivers are sexist. When I tried telling my driver today that he was driving me back to the pickup point instead of the destination. He refused to believe me. He gaslit me, said "MapQuest" is telling him the "right way to go", then screamed at me for being difficult when I asked him to pull over and put the correct address into the gps.
