I have been going here for a few weeks as I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. A friend referred me & I have been very pleased. The front desk staff is always welcoming when I arrive & Rochelle was amazing at helping me with my shoulder. She is knowledgeable, professional as is her friendly disposition. I highly recommend this place!

I came here for Physio for a few weeks for a knee issue I was having and I'm so glad I can here! All the staff members I worked with were so kind, patient and friendly. I really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was and understood my needs really well. I especially loved working with Devi. What I really loved about this clinic is that the employees really went above and beyond for me. Devi (PhyTher) and Assistant Vevita were absolutely amazing. They were both attentive, professional and detailed with all their exercises and massage techniques. They answered/listened to all my questions & concerns . Keep up the great work ethic, ladies!
Had an appointment with Rosmary RMT, but showed up 15 minutes late. This was the first time being late for my appointment. They charged my insurance for the full hour even though I didn't receive a full hour. When I asked about their late policy, I was told the late policy is up to the discretion of the RMT and differs from person to person.
