I was involved in a serious collision with multiple injuries concussion and trauma. I had a scooter delivered. The guy pulled up to my gate I explained as he lowered my scooter gates only opened outward he had it blocked. The guy continued to lower scooter looked at me straight in the eye no smile and pushed the gate over my newer concrete . Ordered a grey wheelchair but they delivered a black one and then they insisted that we changed the order to black which we did not. no choice now because we are left with the black. be careful dealing with them. Get it in writing. We will not deal with them any more.
Tried to get help fixing my friends grandmother's wheelchair lift, they were not helpful... Overpriced, rude and spiteful were my impressions. Making lots of money off of the disabled has given them quite the ego.
