The program is a great jumpstart to help you shed the extra pounds. The staff is very friendly and the weekly check-ins keep you on track. Having a nutritionist available to talk to weekly is such a huge selling point because you learn how to read labels and become more knowledgeable and aware of what you're putting in your body and when you need certain foods.
