Went in with a question about the weed in my pasture.... Had the resolution in minutes..... Very knowledgeable and a great guy ( sorry but I've only ever met one guy every time I go) but he gets it done. Very convenient to be right in Benson.

They made it seem like it was a problem calling to check on the ordered part, they said would be in 2 days at noon. By the second day they said mirthfully, "IT could be in tomorrow, I don't know." Turns out they ordered the wrong part and minimized my concern for the part needed. These guys must have amazing customer retention. Cause they act like they could not care less about customer service. No value here!
