I have been having some gastro issues specially after going out the country so I decided to book a colonic hydrotherapy. The first thing I noticed the establishment is in a nice building and the office was clean, the staff greeted me and was very pleasant. They sent an intake to fill out on my phone which was short and sweet. My appointment time was kept on time. I only booked this massage because I had extra ClassPass credits and thought I’d give it a try. Unfortunately, it was disappointing from start to finish. The scheduling was a mess. ClassPass showed my appointment for Wednesday, but the office called me on Tuesday asking where I was. I booked through ClassPass. They canceled my appointment an hour before the scheduled time. Google shows them closing at 4pm, they shouldn’t have times available on ClassPass for when they will be closed.
