The customer service at this branch sucks. This is touted as an "employee owned company dedicated to customer satisfaction" and "committed to exceeding customer expectations" (I got this from the "about us" section on their website) . As a customer then, I would not expect to be disrespected, laughed at, and talked down to like I'm an idiot. Yet, this is what happens at this branch.
