Carlos is a man of his word. My countertops and backslash look terrific. Mine was a small job, and demand was high after hurricane Ian. My place was totally destroyed, so Carlos made it happen to get us back together.
I hired them to do my countertops. They were 2 weeks late, incomplete, another two weeks, and a horrible seam in full view. No one answers the phone. If you go there, they promise and don't deliver. Carlos is a smooth talking, huge disappointment. Trust them, and you'll be disappointed. Don't at you weren't warned!
Don’t use if you don’t have months to wait. They templates 9/5 then on 9/12 we were told they wouldn’t start until we paid which we did that day. On 10/2 they showed up to install, nothing fit. Today is 10/12. We were told they would install today, they didnt show up and won’t answer the phone.
