I was so excited to receive notification that Selena J was doing a guided meditation via zoom! Omghosh it was perfect. Fit right into my schedule and the experience was top tier as always...I hope she continues to do more of these as her guided words are so soft ..yet very intentional. The breath work exceeded my expectations for a zoom. This was what I needed to relax my mind and focus. I felt supported in a energetic way...my energy was being restored. I plan to attend more upcoming events. I'm excited.....
