I liked this place a lot! It is very different than any other I went. The session with pyramids is very different but very relaxing. The first time went I was not sure what to expect but I really like Bharat’s method of combining several methods to try to help you out.He is patient and understandable! I would go again! I’ve been attending Bharat’s meditation sessions on a regular basis and they are amazing. From the beginning with the breathing exercises thru the entire meditation class, I get a feeling of peace , calm, and relaxation. The session is very easy to access and use. The price is affordable to all and Bharat is the ultimate professional during the process. I highly recommend this to anyone who would like to destress, relax or bring some peace and calm into your life
