Made a dermatologist appointment with Dr. Tamez back in December 2024 for 4/17/25. I took a day off and made myself there early so I don’t mess up the timing. Guess what, dr isn’t there. No phone call no voicemail. I even checked in early morning on the day of through mychart. Respond from the front desk, “we don’t know, she isn’t here today”. so my next appointment is on Oct 2nd. I had an appointment for my daughter scheduled more than 1month in advance and they call me at work to tell me they are closing the clinic earlier on the day of the appointment and they need me to come earlier or to reschedule. When I reached back out they tell me it's booked so instead of trying to accommodate you they tell you the next appointment is 15 days and they only have 2 time slots. Do they not realize that people have to work so when they schedule there appointments it's based off of that?
