Made a dermatologist appointment with Dr. Tamez back in December 2024 for 4/17/25. I took a day off and made myself there early so I don’t mess up the timing. Guess what, dr isn’t there. No phone call no voicemail. I even checked in early morning on the day of through mychart. Respond from the front desk, “we don’t know, she isn’t here today”. so my next appointment is on Oct 2nd.
