The staff is always friendly and encouraging me on my weight loss journey by offering diet and exercise tips. They have made what once felt impossible, possible again.
This is a great program. Everyone makes you feel comfortable.The diet is easy and I was still able to eat some or my favorite foods. I lost weight fairly quickly. I was down to my goal weight in about 2 months. I am happy to feel comfortable in my skin again. I’m looking forward to starting the maintenance part of the program now.
