Weight loss is not easy by any means and I’m so thankful I that I found MediOne. Once a week I weigh in and discuss what my eating habits were. This gives me accountability and education to what meal plan is best for me. Robin is absolutely amazing ! with her knowledge, compassion and understanding I have seen great success. This is the first time in my life I am seeing real results. If you are starting your journey I highly recommend them without hesitation.
If you’re trying to decide which weight-loss program to go with, MediOne Wellness Center is definitely the one! I lost 10 pounds 2 months in a row, and that was my goal. If I became discouraged they were my biggest cheerleader! The support I received each week made me know, I could do it and I did!
As a border line diabetic, working with Medione Wellness center is an absolute honor. I've lost enough weight over the past year and a half that I'm not longer in danger of diabetes being problematic in my life. It was a challenge needless to say. I'm very thankful that Medione Wellness Center has by back.
