Elsa is absolutely the best tax preparer I have dealt with in the last 10 years! Very friendly, highly intelligent, and above all, very reasonably priced! I got my return in less than 2 weeks, and she didn't charge me an arm and a leg. For starters, she is a very amiable person that doesn't talk to you like you are a 5 year old, which I really appreciate. Elsa doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner. Pretends to be Christ like. Her service is terrible and will not get you all your deductions. Go elsewhere. Don't bother with her.
Ms. Medina was extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. She helped me understand my return & was really professional. I made my appointment & she kept her word. She was on time and submitted my return in a timely manner. I recommend her to all my family.
Horrible customer service! You make an appointment and she doesn’t shows up. Called several times and the phone just hangs up. When you are able to talk to her she give you bad information, not sure why she doesn’t follow up with potential customers, but since communication with this person is so horrible, I hate to see what a horrible job she would do with my taxes. I give up trying to give this person any business.
