I'm a truck driver/ mechanic,I called for a quote because of the good reviews on here for just a regular stock muffler and tailpipe ,gave all the information on my vehicle in the phone,he sounded great & reasonable ,gave me a price ,also telling me they been there 44 yrs etc . he said bring it in and we can do it BUT....after I got there to have it put in he marked the exact same thing & parts up $400 once he seen I was a female. Grew up in this town and this is the best business in Medinah. Cannot recommend this shop enough.
I appreciate the fair pricing and honesty. I had an engine light on and they admitted they couldn’t find the problem. They suggested I go to the dealership which did fix it. Women, you will not be talked down to and they answer questions without making you feel stupid. I highly recommend them.
Came here for my car stuttering and check engine light on was charged $250 got car back and have the same problem didn't even make it 3 blocks away I call them and they say can't find anything wrong to just turn my overdrive off check engine light back on and stuttering feel ripped off go somewhere else for anything other than a brake job
