The staff here is great and they really care about the kids and their families! Sara, the Director has made some awesome improvements in her time here and my son has always been excited to go to daycare in the morning. He never seemed to have a bad day when I picked him up at the end of the day! They also have some great activities that they put on throughout the school year and Summer. All in all, it was a good experience!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this daycare. Through an incredibly difficult and unpredictable time in my life, they have shown nothing but kindness, understanding, and flexibility. My schedule has changed more times than I can count, and they have always been willing to work with me, making an already stressful situation so much easier to manage. Children were not taken care of well there at all. Poor education of staff, lack of organization leading to child injuries, illness and neglect of the most basic of needs.

I had both of my children enrolled at this KinderCare for about a year, and I want to share my honest experience so other parents can make an informed decision. First, I want to say that Sera is very nice. She really tried to work with my son, who is a very energetic and hyper child. I do appreciate her efforts and kindness. However, overall my experience at this location was not positive, and if I had another option at the time, I would not have chosen this center. We’ve had a great experience at KinderCare on Medina Road! The Learning Adventures class has been especially helpful for my daughter — she’s learned so much, especially with her letters and early literacy. It’s been amazing to see her progress! For my school-age son, the summer camp program has been a real highlight.
