Worst experience ever. My father in law was here for issues. He can’t walk or talk. Every time we visited, his call light was on. He was never helped to the bathroom, changed or washed properly. Nursing staff called him racist but he could not even speak. The staff never notified us that he had fallen 2 separate times. Terrible place for anyone.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This facility and most of the staff are incompetent. I recently had a family friend who was there for therapy. Said family friend was wheelchair bound and not able to do much for themselves. They needed assistance with normal every day activities such as getting dressed, brushing hair, brushing teeth, and using the bathroom. The staff ignored their call light on multiple occasions resulting in “accidents” and by accidents I don’t just mean bathroom accidents. I’m also referring to the patien... read more
