Medina Meadows is a wonderful facility. My most recent interactions with them are in my role at Turas Hospice and Palliative Care. Every staff member I have run into has been very friendly and seem happy, even offering to help point me in the right direction in the building. Holly, Steve, and TC have been so kind and inviting, and Kim the activity director is great with her residents as well! Resident is not bathed regularly, toilet in room is always dirty, Not being encouraged to change Depends. Food looks anemic.

I tend to be word, so I will cut to the chase. Read RECENT reviews. So much has happened over the years at Medina Meadows. If there were negatives years ago, I can attest that there should be few, if any, now. My stepdad has been at Medina Meadows since Aug 2024. We are more than satisfied with his care there. My dad has been here twice now and I’ve been impressed with the care and attention he’s gotten. From the front desk to the nursing staff to the therapy staff, everyone has been wonderful. The facility is clean and well kept.
