Filled out application online only to receive a phone call from an extremely rude employee. Very condescending attitude and acted as if it was an inconvenience to be on the phone. Also using Zillow to determine property value ? It’s laughable. Probably could have proceeded with them for my equity needs but refused purely because of the poor customer service.
they absolutely profiled me and made me jump threw loops to take my own money out. They kept me there almost half an hour comparing my signatures on different cards of mine wanted my SS card a more. This all was because I wanted to take out money out my account. worst customer service for this credit union.
