Nice staff but always a line..

The experience today was rather mixed. From watching people buy plates for fictitious cars to, to the overal slow bureaucracy at work it dissapoints. The young woman who helped was plesant. The highlight of the trip was watching person after person crash face first into the exit door because they couldnt figure out the push bar. If your in a terrible mood and need a good laugh go sit at this BMV and watch everyone face plant into to exit door. Garunteed to lift your spirits
We went there for my drivers test on my birthday and they were extremely rude they were yelling. They didn’t even let me take my test and I was prepared and ready for months. I went to Parma and got it right away and the lines are were shorter go anywhere but Medina.
