I initially went in to see if someone could assemble a bicycle I was trying to buy online, but Gregg listened to my needs and guided me to a different bike. He listened carefully to my needs, asked questions, and had me sit on a few of the bikes in the store. He gave me several options that would fit what I needed, and I bought a Trek Marlin 7.
