UPDATE: I still have not received my full medical records as requested, and the parts they sent contain false statements regarding my injury and treatment. I requested a record amendment to correct everything and they have not yet responded. This is a HIPPA violation. In addition, the clinic has asserted they "have no evidence of damage," even though Jackie told me via email that she filed an injury report with the manufacturer. Update: I requested my medical records on 09-25-2025. As of today, 11-06-2025, I have not received them. HIPPA requires providers to provide medical records within 30 days of a patient request. Loving my experience at Mediluxe. Services are exceptional!!!
Jackie mutilated and disfigured my skin, denied that it happened, and offered no medical help to treat it. One session of microneedling with Jackie completely destroyed the areas she treated. Either due to user error or a malfunction of the device, she essentially carved hundreds of overlapping lines and pits into my skin, which now has a crinkly, thinned, scarred appearance in the areas treated.
