The Medilodge of Cheboygan took such wonderful care of My Dad during his difficult days. They were all so kind and compassionate!! One particular nurse went above and beyond to ensure him and the other residents had their personally preferred snacks and such. She also always took the time to listen to him and make him feel at ease. That was so meaningful!!! Also Danielle was beyond fantastic to work with while we sorted things out. My Dad's recent stay at Medilodge was filled with great experiences provided by great staff! Thank you to Katie Boris, she helped me navigate the process of having him admitted, RN Michelle Champion, Brook with PT, Tiffany, Courtney Jarvis, etc. (I can not remember everyone's name). Everyone was so kind to my dad as well as our family. They provided the safe environment for him to get stronger and go back to his independent living. My dad was very happy with his stay and he enjoyed the food. Thank you!

I have some of the best CNA'S you could ever get thay treat me like family rather than a resident. Now some of the management could be a lot nicer and help out when short staffed there are some management that are awesome but other management needs to step up and show thay care about their residents and not money.

Fantastic place! The staff is wonderful, and always willing to work together to give the best care to their residents. The management team has wonderful attitudes and are always happy to help out whenever needed. The Director of Nursing and administrator are also always very helpful. Overall it's a fantastic team to be a part of.
