Very unprofessional and unhelpful, avoid.
3 months waiting for my Occupational health report. Called thousands of times, gave my number to call me back, and sent thousands of emails. Nobody replied or contacted me. Very unprofessional behaviour and the worst, they are making me feel worse with my health condition. Please don't reply here to send email to enquire mailbox. They never reply.
My husband has unfortunately had to deal with these people, extremely biased, rude and unethical, they actually have no idea what they are doing.
Not a great experience overall. The medical assessor came across as rude, disrespectful, and insensitive; whether knowingly or not. You are talked to as if you are a child and treated with a tone of condescension. I really hope this can be reflected upon and changed in future because it's completely uncalled for. The receptionist was lovely however.
Medigold tends to get many bad reviews and I was nervous before attending my occupational health test here but when I finally arrived, my nerves were relieved quickly. Both the receptionist and my nurse were friendly and the whole process was efficient and simple.
