I've lost 19.4 lbs of FAT since I started Medifast in April! I have always struggled with my weight. I ate clean, didn't pig out, and avoided sweets for the most part, but I could never seem to lose any weight. I have had an exceptional experience with Medifast. I saw my adult son loose 40 lbs., he'd seen his uncle loss weight after being told he might be boarder line diabetic. And there are other family members who have loved loosing weight on Medifast. It is quite remarkable to loose weight on this east to follow plan. The staff is friendly and supportive! This has been a big help! The food is great! It's such an easy plan to follow!! I know several people that have lost 75+ lbs. I wish I would've done this a couple of years ago. I am on my 4th week and I've lost 17 lbs. and counting! They have retrained my terrible eating habits. I would definitely recommend this place!!
I've lost 17 lbs in 10 weeks! The meal replacements are delicious! satisfies my sweet tooth so I don't have cravings! Counselors are very supportive and knowledgeable. center is clean and inviting. Even after I've reached my goal weight, I'll still continue to purchase their meal bars and smoothies!
