The Roseville location is so beautiful and inviting, you feel very welcomed as soon as you enter the door. Best weight plan I have ever done!! So far 50 lbs. in six months. The counselors are very supportive and helpful. There is a good variety of food to meet everyone's taste. Convenient and can be eaten on the go.
I have been on the Medifast Program for 3 weeks. I lost nearly 10lbs in the first two weeks and feel great! I am not hungry and the counselors are great to work with!! Well worth it. If you are really ready to commit to your health, this is a great way to go. They have taken the guess work out of eating meals.
