Dieting is never easy. No one can force you to do it, no matter how obvious it is that you need to. I was one of those individuals who struggled with their weight. I would go on one type of diet, keep it up for a while and then fall right back to my old habits. What I learned from Medifast was how to control my tempations just by looking at the bright side of the program. From the minute I arrived at the San Marcos office, to the current time, I have had nothing but friendly, courteous, and timely service. I have always been made to feel important and that they really care. I have lost 40 lbs. so far and plan to lose 20 more, with Katie's help!!
